The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and people-oriented **Community & Operations Management Intern** to support our fast-growing team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to learn how to manage internal operations, handle financial data, and lead internal communication and team dynamics. You will also help manage our online presence and engage with our broader community of tech professionals.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate day-to-day operations within the Kigali office

Support internal communication and team alignment

Assist in preparing financial summaries and tracking accounting numbers

Help manage our online presence and community engagement (e.g., LinkedInX, Instagram, learning groups)

Collaborate with leadership to streamline internal processes

Participate in meetings and contribute to planning and organizational strategy
